Precision CNC Turned Bodies

We machine outside diameters, stepped shoulders, grooves, and end faces to the required dimensions. Particular attention is given to the features that locate and connect the fitting during assembly.

Accurate Internal Bores

Internal passages need to be properly aligned and free of machining burrs. We use drilling and boring operations according to bore depth, diameter, and surface requirements.

Custom Threaded Connections

We machine internal and external threads to customer specifications. Thread engagement length, shoulder clearance, and connection geometry are reviewed to help ensure proper assembly.

Sealing Surface Machining

For CNC machined pneumatic connectors, sealing grooves and contact faces are critical. We pay attention to groove width, depth, edge condition, and surface finish rather than treating these as ordinary cosmetic features.

Stainless Steel and Material Options

Stainless steel is commonly selected for strength and corrosion resistance. We can also machine brass, aluminum, and other specified materials based on the operating environment and application.

Custom Valve and Connector Designs

We manufacture cylindrical valve bodies, threaded sleeves, straight connectors, and other custom fittings. Body length, wall thickness, bore diameter, and connection details can be adjusted to your design.
