Precision CNC Threading

We machine male and female threads according to customer drawings. Thread pitch, major diameter, and engagement length are controlled to achieve the required fit.

Accurate Double-Ended Alignment

For double-ended adapters, the two threaded sections need to share a consistent centerline. We pay attention to concentricity and shoulder positioning to reduce assembly problems.

Custom Thread Conversion

Need a 1/4"-20 to 3/8"-16 adapter or a non-standard thread combination? We can machine different thread sizes on each end, including custom lengths and locating shoulders.

Knurling and Slotted Features

We offer diamond knurling for hand tightening and milled slots for screwdriver installation. Knurl depth, grip diameter, and slot dimensions can be adjusted to the application.

Material and Finish Options

Stainless steel offers good strength and corrosion resistance, while aluminum reduces weight. We can also machine brass and other specified metals with suitable finishing options.
