Injection Molding
We provide two-color/multi-color, insert, overmolding, microcellular foam, water- and gas-assisted, low-pressure and reaction injection molding. In production, we pay close attention to factors that directly affect part quality, including shrinkage, material flow, crystallinity, thermal sensitivity, hydrolysis, stress cracking, melt fracture, cooling rate and moisture absorption.
These details help us improve dimensional stability, surface quality and long-term part performance.

Die Casting
Our die casting experience covers both die design and production, including part design, gating and overflow systems, mold bases, forming components, core-pulling and ejection mechanisms, and key technical requirements. We pay particular attention to wall thickness, filling, shrinkage and sealing areas during design.
Our current die-cast aluminum electrical enclosures are engineered for IP66 protection, combining robust construction with practical sealing and assembly requirements.
