Reference specifications are based on the illustrated fitting series. Final dimensions, material, pressure rating, and sealing performance depend on the approved design.
We machine internal and external threads according to customer drawings. Thread depth, pitch, and mating fit are carefully considered to help prevent cross-threading and assembly problems.
For stainless steel fitting bodies, sealing performance depends on more than the thread itself. We pay attention to sealing faces, groove dimensions, and the surface finish where mating components contact.
Tube openings, internal bores, and threaded ports can be modified to match different instruments and pneumatic assemblies. We can also machine non-standard dimensions when off-the-shelf fittings do not fit.
We manufacture straight connectors and 90-degree fitting bodies with different male and female thread combinations. Compact elbow designs are useful where installation space is limited.
Stainless steel 304 and 316 are available for applications requiring corrosion resistance. Brass and plated materials can also be considered according to the operating environment and customer specifications.
Small fitting bodies can be challenging because several critical features are packed into a limited space. We focus on keeping threads, bores, and sealing interfaces correctly aligned during machining.
Our custom CNC machining services support prototypes, small batches, and production orders.
