Stainless Steel Construction
304 stainless steel is suitable for many general industrial applications. For equipment exposed to moisture, chemicals, or more demanding environments, 316 or 316L may be a better choice.
Material selection depends on the operating conditions and sensor assembly requirements.
Precision Internal Bores
The sensor needs to fit correctly inside the housing. We focus on bore diameter, depth, concentricity, and the position of internal shoulders that locate the sensor.
Machined Threads and Sealing Grooves
Custom threads, O-ring grooves, and mounting shoulders can be machined according to the drawing.
The correct sealing groove dimensions depend on the O-ring material, compression, and operating conditions.
Custom Mounting Features
We manufacture housings with external threads, flanges, mounting holes, stepped diameters, and cable entry features.
Customers can specify these features to match existing equipment rather than redesigning the sensor assembly around a standard housing.
