Quality Inspection & CMM Measureme

For precision motor shafts, dimensional accuracy is important, especially at bearing seats, shaft shoulders, and coupling sections.

At Hofengfab, we use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect critical dimensions and geometric features according to customer drawings. We pay particular attention to diameter consistency, feature positions, and alignment between mating surfaces.

For parts with tighter tolerances, we can review the inspection requirements before machining and provide dimensional inspection reports upon request.
