Compact Multi-Port Design
The manifold connects several pneumatic lines through one body, reducing the need for separate fittings. The PZA and PK designs offer different port arrangements for equipment with limited installation space.
Stainless Steel Construction
Stainless steel provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for general industrial environments. Material grades such as 304, 316, and 316L can be selected for custom parts according to the application.
Push-in Tube Connections
The push-to-connect design allows compatible pneumatic tubing to be installed without additional threaded adapters. The internal gripping ring holds the tube, while the sealing ring provides the airtight connection.
Internal Passage Quality
For a manifold block, we pay particular attention to intersecting drilled holes. Burrs and leftover chips inside the passages can restrict airflow or damage sealing components during assembly.
Custom Port Configurations
A standard five-port manifold may not fit every machine layout. We can machine a custom fluid manifold with different port spacing, connection orientations, mounting holes, and internal channel designs according to your drawings.
