Stainless Steel Construction
Stainless steel provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for industrial instrumentation applications.
For custom designs, 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel can be selected based on the process fluid and operating environment.
Three-Valve Configuration
The manifold uses two isolation valves and an equalizing valve. This arrangement is commonly used with differential pressure instruments to support isolation and pressure equalization during maintenance or instrument servicing.
The correct operating sequence depends on the installation and process conditions.
Precision-Machined Valve Seats
The valve seats and stem interfaces are important sealing features.
Small burrs, incorrect seat geometry, or poor surface finish can affect how the valve closes. These areas require particular attention during machining and inspection.
Threaded and Flanged Connections
Port arrangements can be manufactured according to the instrument connection requirements.
We machine threads, mounting holes, and locating features based on customer drawings to support proper assembly.
Custom Manifold Body Design
Standard manifold layouts do not fit every instrument installation.
We support custom manifold blocks with different port spacing, valve locations, mounting interfaces, and internal flow passages.
