Sealed Housing Design
The enclosure uses a recessed gasket groove between the cover and base. Consistent groove depth and flat mating surfaces are important for achieving reliable sealing when the housing is assembled.
Precision CNC Machining
We machine enclosure pockets, mounting holes, threaded features, and sealing grooves according to customer drawings. Special attention is given to gasket contact surfaces and screw-hole alignment.
Custom Enclosure Manufacturing
Not every PCB or electrical assembly fits a standard box. We can customize the housing size, wall thickness, internal mounting positions, cable openings, and connector cutouts to match your design.
Materials and Surface Finishing
Custom versions can be manufactured in aluminum 6061, 6082, 7075, or other specified grades. Anodizing, hard anodizing, bead blasting, and additional surface treatments are available based on application requirements.
