Stainless Steel Construction
304 stainless steel is a practical choice for general industrial brackets. For applications requiring better corrosion resistance, 316 or 316L can be considered. Material selection depends on the working environment, mechanical loads, and assembly requirements.
Accurate Mounting Features
A bracket can meet its overall dimensions and still cause assembly problems if the mounting holes are slightly out of position. We pay particular attention to hole spacing, thread depth, and the relationship between holes and reference surfaces.
Multiple Machined Surfaces
For brackets with stepped or angled mounting faces, the machining setup is important. Keeping related features in the same setup where possible helps reduce errors caused by repositioning the workpiece.
Custom Shapes and Hole Patterns
We manufacture brackets with custom mounting patterns, slots, counterbored holes, threaded connections, and clearance features. The design can be adjusted to fit motors, sensors, mechanical assemblies, and industrial automation equipment.
Request a Custom Bracket Quote
Need a custom stainless steel mounting bracket for your equipment?
Send us your 2D DWG drawings or 3D STEP files, along with the material grade, quantity, surface finish, and critical tolerances.
If the bracket has multiple mounting faces or tight hole-position requirements, please mark those features on the drawing. This helps us review the machining process and quote the part more accurately.
