Our custom precision stamped and forged parts are made from SUS420J2 stainless steel, combining progressive stamping and localized forging to produce complex shapes with tight tolerances. We can form thin sections, raised bosses, mounting holes, and threaded features in a single metal component.
Used in automotive motors, actuators, precision transmission systems, and industrial automation equipment for connecting, supporting, positioning, and mechanical movement control.
Manufacturing Process
Material cutting → localized thinning → progressive stamping → precision forging → punching → grinding and deburring → tapping → cleaning → QPQ surface treatment → inspection
This process allows complex 3D features to be formed with fewer separate parts while maintaining consistent dimensions and assembly accuracy.
