This aluminum heat sink is made from 6063 aluminum alloy with integrated cooling fins and an anodized surface. Designed for industrial networking equipment, fanless computers, and electronic control systems, it combines passive cooling with a protective aluminum housing.

The extruded fin structure provides a larger surface area for heat dissipation, while the interlocking design allows assembly without welding. CNC machining can be used to add connector cutouts, mounting holes, and other features based on the equipment layout.
