CNC milling is a manufacturing process,CNC milling machines are capable of shaping materials into designated forms, primarily through the use of high-speed rotating cutting tools.The workpiece is rigidly mounted to a table, and this table moves or rotates on different planes so the tool can work at many angles. This allows for top-notch precision and detailing. what is cNC milling machine&Different types of milling machines

Vertical milling machine//The spindle axis of the vertical CNC milling machine is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. It is the most common layout form among CNC milling machines and has the widest application range. Among them, three-axis linkage milling machines are the most common. Vertical CNC milling machines are mainly used for surface processing in the horizontal plane. After adding a CNC dividing head, curved grooves can be processed on the cylindrical surface.

Horizontal milling machine//It is mainly used for various surface processing in the vertical plane. After configuring a universal CNC turntable, it can also process the continuous rotation contour on the side of the workpiece, and can process the four surfaces of the box parts after one installation. Usually, four-axis or five-axis machining is achieved by adding a CNC turntable.Capable of Producing Sophisticated Workpiece Configurations

Quality parts less than 800pcs can be made in as fast as one week if you provide complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring other special features will take longer.
